Oslo – St. Petersburg direct regular flights will start operating twice a week from 28th of April, 2022

Nordwind Airlines will start operating direct regular flights to Oslo Gardermoen from Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg.  

Flights between Oslo (OSL) and St. Petersburg (LED) will be operated from April 28, 2022 twice a week with the following schedule:  

Every Thursday & Sunday:

17:20 departure from St. Petersburg, 18:25 arrival to Oslo

19:30 departure from Oslo, 22:35 arrival to St. Petersburg

Russia has facilitated the entry into the country for foreign tourists. Last week President Vladimir Putin signed a law according to which foreigners will soon be able to obtain tourist visas for up to six months if they have a simple hotel reservation.

In 31 July 2020 Russian president Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law allow to foreigners from 52 countries visit all regions of Russia with E-Visa since 1st January 2021. Mikhail Mishustin the Prime Minister of Russia approves the procedure for issuing unified e-visas on 11 November 2020.

Starting from 01st of January 2021 visitors from 53 counties will be able to travel to any Russian city using simplified one-time electronic visa.  

 Russian lawmakers have passed legislation that will allow foreign tourists from 53 countries to visit Russia with an electronic visa starting next year, the Kommersant business daily reported Monday.
