Starting from Monday 21st of February 2022 Russia is increasing the number of regular flights with Hungary, Germany and Sri Lanka, as well as allowing flights abroad from a number of Russian cities.

Nordwind Airlines will start operating direct regular flights to Oslo Gardermoen from Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg.  

Flights between Oslo (OSL) and St. Petersburg (LED) will be operated from April 28, 2022 twice a week with the following schedule:  

Every Thursday & Sunday:

17:20 departure from St. Petersburg, 18:25 arrival to Oslo

19:30 departure from Oslo, 22:35 arrival to St. Petersburg

Russia will resume regular air travel with the following countries from June 28: the United States, Italy, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Jordan and Ireland, Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova announced Friday 18th of June. Citizens of China and Lichtenstein will also be permitted to enter the country. Plus  Regular flights with Turkey will resume June 22, 2021, Golikova said.

Air India resumed regular flights to Moscow's Sheremetyevo International Airport on February 27 on the Delhi - Moscow - Delhi route. Flights to Moscow (AI 155) will operate on Saturdays, with arrival at 22:35 Moscow time. The Moscow-Delhi flight (AI 156) will operate on Sundays, departing at 18:50 Moscow time. Air India will serve the route on a modern Airbus A320neo aircraft, and service will be from Terminal D.

Considering the decisions by the operational headquarters, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order on the resumption of air service with Serbia, Cuba and Japan on a reciprocal basis, an official at the headquarters announced on Wednesday.  Flights Moscow-Belgrade, Moscow-Cayo Coco and Moscow-Santa Clara will be operated twice a week. Three flights will fly to Japan from November 1: two from Moscow to Tokyo and one from Vladivostok to Tokyo.

Dubai’s Emirates Airlines is resuming its A380 flights to Moscow this week, due to passenger demand. The flights will resume to Moscow Domodedovo Airport on Friday (September 18). Flights to Moscow will operate every Friday and Saturday – departing Dubai at 10.10am on Friday morning, landing in Moscow at 2.25pm local time. The return flight leaves Moscow at 5.35pm and lands in Dubai at 11.35pm local time. On a Saturday the outbound leg leaves at 4.15pm, landing in Moscow at 8.30pm, and the return leaves Moscow at 11.20pm, arriving in Dubai at 5.30am on Sunday morning.
