19:00 Gala Dinner in the Dali Restaurant inspired by Dali's love story with his wife Gala

The restaurant was open in autumn of 2019. The name was not immediately invented, but already at the stage of developing the design of the room. The designer suggested focusing on surrealism and cubism. If you pay attention to the main hall, you get the feeling that some things in it are incompatible. Initially, they wanted to name the Gala restobar in honor of the Kazan wife of Salvador Dali.

Gala, nee Elena Dmitrievna Dyakonova, who later became the wife and muse of Salvador Dali, was born in Kazan in 1894. It is not known for certain whether she was the daughter of a petty official, Ivan Dyakonov, or the illegitimate child of the wealthy Moscow lawyer Dmitry Gomberg, whom her mother openly met after 1905.
