The EvenArt Weekend festival will be held in Moscow and St. Petersburg online and offline from 2 to 4 July

The EvenArt Weekend program includes exhibitions and events offering to get to know better and appreciate game art. The festival will include the Street Art Museum, DiDi Gallery, Center for Contemporary Art. Kuryokhin and others.

There will be works by artists from Ryazan, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk, Penza, Moscow, St. Petersburg, including Yulia Kozhemyako, Ilya Mazo, Alexander Ignatov, Mexican artists Laura Rodriguez and Ethan Avila, Frenchman Gel Buris and other authors. The organizers offer events ranging from intellectual to leisure, many of which will take place online or in two formats.

One of the central projects (instead of the canceled exhibition "12") in St. Petersburg will be the exhibition of Maria Cherepanova "The Adventures of One Heart", which can be viewed in the online gallery ZNACHIMOE and live in one of the bars on the Petrogradskaya side. There will be graphics, painting and textiles, and the center of the exposition will be a voluminous blue heart. The artist will show the "wild" world: animals in the "jungle", leopards, horses and even a hamster, and will invite the viewer to observe their feelings from this "wild game".

For those who are interested in non-trivial formats (or who do not want to take risks and watch exhibitions in person during the pandemic), there will be a game EvenArt Journey: it will be possible to enter it from the festival website or via a QR code on one of the offline sites. Online gallery KZ Gallery invites you to a “hybrid virtual space at the intersection of art and game design”, a kind of “non-game” NotLand, on which four artists from Russia and Switzerland worked for six months.

In total, more than forty galleries will participate in the festival; master classes, lectures, and meetings with artists are timed to coincide with it. For a detailed schedule, see the website.
