New restaurant Joshua Tree was opened by the creators of Mickey & Monkeys in St. Petersburg

The Joshua Tree restaurant has appeared on 16 Zakharyevskaya Street. The restaurant is managed by the Coffee Room team, which previously launched a chain of coffee shops of the same name, Mickey & Monkeys on Gorokhovaya Street and other projects.

Joshua Tree is inspired by the California vibe. The room for 50 seats was decorated with autumn colors and restrained textures.

The hall is displayed with cacti and a basketball hoop decorated with a crystal net. The restaurant's kitchen was headed by Yuri Lobov, who previously worked at Tartarbar, All Seasons and other establishments. He included breakfasts, appetizers and salads, three soups and main courses on the menu - for example, scallop with ptitim and creamy mousse and bavette steak with chimichurri sauce. You can also order desserts: fried brioche with almond cream or honey cake.
