European Cities Marketing Assosiation spring meeting will take place in St. Petersburg 28 -31 March 201201.03.2012
The main course of «European Cities Marketing» activity lies in increasing of the tourist flow by an effective marketing strategy line of cities — members of the organization. Within the main course of its activity, European Cities Marketing holds meetings, trainings and conferences for its members.
Besides that, European Cities Marketing organizes international forums, various kinds of tourism exhibitions and conferences with leading international experts of tourism business as participants. «European Cities Marketing» sees its mission in representation and defending interests of organizations and companies of tourism cities industry, which are the the members of international tourism organization. The central office of the international tourism organization is located in the french city of Dijon. For today, there are 132 cities from 32 European countries in international tourism organization. St. Petersburg, one of the members of this association, for the first time of its existence, will play host to the delegates at the spring meeting. The event will be held in March 2012. The Office of Tourism, Government of St. Petersburg took control over organizing the meeting and the event will be held by Convention Bureau of St. Petersburg.
